Save the Pollinator Flower Show is a 2 day event.
This is being held at the Fredericksburg Branch Library,
1201 Caroline Street, Fredericksburg, VA 22401
The first day, you will enter your flower(s).
Date: Tuesday, August 19, 2025
Time: 10am - 5pm
The second day, you can come back and see if you won a ribbon. Judging the flower show will take place before the event opens.
Date: Wednesday, August 20, 2025
Time: 11am - 5 pm
On Thursday, August 14, there will be a training for those signing up to volunteer for the "Save the Pollinator Flower Show". It will be held at the VCE Office at 11 am. The class will last for an hour and a half. You can claim the hours as education hours. If you’ve never volunteered before, please come to the training if you’re able! This training also acts as a refresher for those who want a refresher. If you are unable to make the training, still sign up to volunteer! Just contact Laurie and she will make sure someone works with you at the event Laurie Clarkston, 540-846-5357 (phone/text) or [email protected].
This event is open to the public.
We have a Youth and Adult categories.
Everyone is invited to enter in their flowers for this event.
You do not have to enter a flower to attend.
We encourage visitors to visit and see the different flower varieties on exhibit.
Master Gardeners will be here if you want to chat about gardening, pollinators, and flowers. This is one of our favorite topics and we encourage you to ask questions!
